The **Airmobi Rainproof & De-icing Pitot Tube / Airspeed Tube** is specifically designed for reliable **UAV airspeed data collection** in adverse weather, including **rain, snow, and high-altitude environments**. Its primary function is to prevent **rain and frost from blocking** the tube, ensuring dynamic airspeed data is collected consistently.

Key Features & Operations

Heating Function

Heating power can be supplied by **direct DC power** or controlled via **temperature sensor feedback** for a constant temperature.
At a **24V** power supply, the current draw is **0.5A**.

Protective Notes

⚠️ **Safety Warning:** Avoid touching the airspeed tube when heating to prevent burns.
**Direct DC Power Caution:** Long-term use of direct DC power is **not recommended** in high-temperature ground environments without airflow (constant temperature control is not restricted by this).
**Installation:** Ensure the **drain hole is installed facing downward** to prevent water accumulation.
**Maintenance:** Do not turn on the heating function when the **dust cap is covered** to avoid malfunction.
